Opportunity for new
transformation
In 1992, Ten Ren's Tea Co.,
Ltd. set up a special department
to oversee the planning and
management of new tea café chain
stores.
Recently, this department has
created independent Tea Station
cafes and further incorporated
tea Station bar stands into the
existing Ten Ren's Tea stores.
This combination of tea, tea
making utensil, and tea
beverages give all Ten Ren's Tea
stores a unique market edge.
 The
ever-changing tastes of
customers have led to another
brand new franchise chain called
"cha FOR TEA." In 2000, the
first cha FOR TEA was opened
with Ten Ren's Tea stores
classic style plus a younger,
hipper flair to create a new
transformation for Ten Ren's Tea
Co., Ltd. This new chain has not
only attracted the younger
generation but also provided
greater opportunities for our
employees to utilize their
creativeness.
The future definitely calls
for more innovative ideas and
exciting services like "cha FOR
TEA." Ten Ren's Tea Co., Ltd.
will dedicate its efforts to
bringing the warmest and most
compassionate services to all
customers.
Ten Ren's Tea VIP Associations
Ten Ren's Tea Co., Ltd.
Formed the Ten Ren's VIP
Association in 1994 to emphasize
its commitment to excellent
customer service. It provides
various special actives and
newsletters to all members.
There are currently over one
hundred thousand members in the
Ten Ren's VIP Association. Our
computer system analyzes
individual member's preferences
and need to regularly provide
product and service information
to our members. We have received
great recognition from the
members for our complete
services.
In the future, we hope to
expand the scope of the club to
include Ten Ren's Tea Co.'s
other affiliated business. This
will certainly be beneficial to
all Ten Ren's VIP Association
