Click here to learn more about Pu-Er Tea. This is the limited production "Year of the Boar" released for 2007 as part of Ten fu's Chinese Horoscope Series. The high grade Pu-Er tea is pressed into cake form, and engraved with a picture of a boar (pig) which takes the Chinese name meaning "Famous Fortune Pig". This production is limited to less than 17,000 pieces. Ten fu's Pu-Er tea comes directly from the province of Yunnan, and have a minimum age of 7 years for extremely high quality of taste and value.
| Brewing Instructions: | Add 5 grams of tea into a tea pot and then pour about 200 grams of boiling water into the pot. Let the water sit for about 5 to 10 seconds and then discard the steeped tea. This first step is performed to warm the tea leaves and the tea pot and to also rinse the tea leaves. Again pour about 200 grams of boiling water into the pot and steep the tea for about 1 minute. Pour the steeped into the tea pitcher and serve. Then, add an additional 15 seconds to each steep thereafter.
