Shipping rates will be based on
the total weight of the items ordered, and the destination country. Please use
the Shipping Estimator in your
Shopping Cart to find
your shipping rates available to your country. All International customers are
fully responsible for any duties/taxes that may be imposed by your local Customs
when you receive your package.
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all domestic U.S. orders including APO/FPO and all other U.S. territories when
you purchase items for $75.01 and over (excluding taxes). U.S. orders over $75 always ship for free, no promotion code needed.
Our goal is to ship your
order as quickly as possible subject to availability, receipt of payment and
credit authorization. Shipping Fees are based on your order total, excluding
taxes. If an item is back-ordered, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes
available. Packages shipped by the Standard Shipping rate typically will take 3 to 7
business days for transit time, depending on destination.
Please note that orders shipping to all U.S. territories such as APO, FPO, PO Boxes, Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc. will always be shipped by U.S. Postal Service regardless of which method is selected.

Rates for Rush Shipping are calculated by our system based on a valid U.S.A. Zip Code entered.
Orders to countries outside the U.S.A. are not available
for Rush Shipping, only Standard Shipping will be used for orders shipping Internationally. For all rush orders,
please allow a minimum of 24 hours for processing and shipping. Back-ordered
item may delay shipping, in such event, we will notify you for alternative options.
In the unlikely event that our system miscalculates your Shipping fee after you Checkout,
we reserve the right to adjust your Shipping fee and approve your order after we
receive your address information. The Shipping & Handling fees structure stated
on the chart above is only valid for orders placed through this website. Does not
apply to wholesale or marketplace orders.
Payment Address Verification Policy
Address verification is a precautionary measure that our system performs to ensure your account safety and to deter possible fraudulent activity. The nature of online shopping does
not permit us to request a traditional form of identification, such as a driver's license, like a standard brick & mortar store. We instead conduct address
verification through your credit/debit card issuer to confirm your identify and verify the validity of your purchase, ultimately protecting your credit and
privacy. The Card Validation Code that you must provide during the credit card payment process is also used for this exact purpose.
If you wish to ship to an address other than your billing address, please contact your card issuing bank and have your shipping destination added as an
authorized alternate ship-to address on your bank account. We will contact your card issuing bank to verify this information
after you've placed an order. Please allow an extra 24 to 48 hours to verify any alternate ship-to address before your order is shipped. Both your billing and shipping addresses must be verified
before an order will ship. If you encounter any trouble when attempting to add an alternate shipping address, let the card issuer know that you are placing
an online order and that the retailer must verify your personal information before shipment to eliminate the possibility of fraud. Then, simply give us a
call at our Order Fulfillment hotline (626)389-8539 to let us know and we will re-attempt address verification to complete the processing of your order.
Orders with the same billing
and shipping address will ensure no delay in payment authorization, therefore, will be shipped faster.
You may return most items sold by Uncle Lee's Tea Online Store within 30 days
of delivery for a full refund (less original S&H fee), and we
will only pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result
of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange or
return items unless you received a damaged, defective, or
incorrect item upon arrival of your package. All such cases must
be reported to our customer service within 3 days of delivery,
otherwise, the sale is considered firm and we will be unable to
issue any returns or exchanges.
We also cannot accept returns or exchanges for certain
items under any circumstances, including:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
Any "Final Sale" items as marked on the Product's Description page.
Returning a gift? If you received your item(s) from
